For many years the Fort Union Ranch has relied upon—and thrived thanks to—the unofficial volunteer work of family members and friends. With a vast and never-ending scope of work to be done, contributions by visitors and community members are not only necessary but also extremely valuable.
EXPERIENCE
Whether you want to relax and unplug or yearn to get your hands dirty, we look forward to helping you curate your stay. Choices range from trail rides to observing ranch works, nature walks guided by local biologists, and chef services. But we also look forward to letting you explore and make of the experience what you will, as is time-honored family tradition.
